He spent five years as Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Amazon Canada, enhancing processes in “Best in Logistics” operations, and previously engineered efficiency at Toyota. As Director of Business Excellence at Hunter Douglas, Harmeet led strategic initiatives to streamline operations and elevate performance standards. He also brings seven years of hands-on engineering experience from his role on the Lexus RX250 team, where he honed his technical and analytical skills—making him a versatile leader at the intersection of logistics, manufacturing, and business transformation.
